Hi!
Anyone been looking for me? I really haven't been keeping up with this website the way I should!
My new cd is coming along slowly. I work on it whenever I can find the time. Juggling 2 very cute kids, 4 or 5 clients (website design, graphic design, search engine optimization), trying to keep a clean floor, and now I have a person who is building a new deck. Somethimes he shows up, sometimes he doesn't.
I am so aching to have a band again and get out there and play my new songs for ya'll. It is going to happen, just gotta wait for the God timing.....So how about the price of gas? food? We just came back from a holiday to the good old USA.....We four went all the way to the Washington Coast to a place called "Moclips". It's fun to just pic a place on the internet and see what you get when you get there.. What we saw was a practically secluded beach. ...... I mean miles and miles of prestine beach on the ocean, the most amazing fine warm sand. We went to a Kite Day Celebration in the town of Ocean Shores, bought some kites and took them back to "our beach" to fly them........My three year old son was hugely thrilled, and the day was perfect. ...... The place we stayed in was the old "Moclips Motel" and I must admit it was a little scary when we pulled in after a long drive. It's not that it looked that bad just that there wasn't much to it but once inside we were surprised to see the attention to detail and creative decorating.........all in an antique/beach theme.........there were toys for the kids and a great kitchen with everything......and just enough room in the bathroom to set up my 1 year old daughter's playpen crib, so we could keep it nice and dark. It is good to sleep past 5:30 a.m.!
Well thanks for letting me share a bit of my holiday/life with you....you know I didn't know for sure whether I was going to do a journal for this website but maybe I'll keep going with it. It is especially good for those times when it is 4 a.m. and you can't sleep, good for me to write and good for you to read if you are around! I promise to get some music up on this site soon as I do have about 3 songs on the albumn (do we still call them albumns?) that are finished. The rest of the songs are really getting close but I probably shouldn't wait untill I have 12 songs ready to get someting going on this little site!
